3 Days/ 2 Nights:

Day 1: Pangkalan Bun (Airport) - Kumai port –House boat

Arrive  in Pangkalan  Bun  Airport, you will be meet by our guide and transfered  to  Kumai port by  car ( 20 minutes ). From Kumai  port we proceed our trip  by traditional  house boat  that is called Klotok  by the local to National Park Tanjung Puting, our destination where the orangutans live. This wooden house boat is designed for the river cruise, by sitting on its wooden roof you can observe the wild animals that live or do activities in the jungle along the river during the river cruise. The trip to our destination is about 2 hours, the beverage and light snack will be served during the trip.  Dinner and over night on the boat.

Day 2: Pondok Tanggui - Camp Leakey

After  breakfast , we will  visit  the activities  at  Pondok Tanggui , the second   rehabilitation  center  where we can  enjoy to see  the mothers and dependent  baby who still   cling to the mother  join the feeding  around  09:00 AM. Here  you will see how  they  come through  the forest  to reach the supplement  from the ranger. While you observe them come, you also have the time to take pictures  and get the information  from  your guide  about the orangutan. Return to the boat  and continue our tour  to visit the highlight  of National Park “ Camp Leakey “ area. The trip will pass the black  water river  which is full  natural wildlife. Here you will see many kind of bird , monkeys, fish and if you are lucky you may  see the fresh  water crocodile. Lunch will be served   on boat before arriving in our destination Camp Leakey at around  12 :00 PM. Arriving  at Camp Leakey, then walk up to the  camp to get detail information about  orangutan in the information center or searching  the orangutan   around the camp. If we have enough time we can hike into the forest to gain information of the heterogenic  forest   wildlife while observing some wild animal as well. We continue our tour by following orangutan feeding which is being held at 14:00. Feeders will lead us to state platform. We will enjoy the situation till 16:00 PM and return back to the boat. Dinner will be served on the boat.

Day 3: Hotel – Airport

After Breakfast depart to Kumai harbor for the Airport ,you will be transferred  by wooden house boat to Kumai for about 2 hours. Our car will be waiting for you in Kumai to drive you to Airport in City for your next destination.
